This Privacy Policy explains how Handtecs (Chengdu Heiyan Technology Co., Ltd., "Handtecs", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with our website handtecs.com (the "Website") and our products and services.
1. Who we are

2. The Website is informational
The Website presents information about our company, solutions, training programs and events. It has no user accounts, no registration or contact forms, and no online payments. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not set cookies for tracking.
3. Information we collect
- Server access logs. Like most web servers, our server automatically records standard access log data when you visit, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, HTTP status, referring page and browser user-agent. We use these logs only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website, and we retain them only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
- Information you send us. If you email us or contact us via WeChat (for example by scanning the QR code on the Website), we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and message. We use it only to respond to you and handle your inquiry (e.g. business cooperation, course inquiries or event sign-up).
4. Third-party resources
The Website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and user-agent, subject to Google's own privacy policy. WeChat and email communications are also subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.
5. Our products and services
When we provide products and services to schools, universities and organizations — such as campus AI assistants, AI agent solutions, and agent development training — any personal information of customers, teachers, students or other users is processed in accordance with the agreement with the relevant customer and applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Where we process such data on a customer's behalf, we do so only on the customer's instructions and for the agreed purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except with service providers who help us operate our business under appropriate confidentiality obligations, where required by law or by competent authorities, or with your consent.
7. Security and storage
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Personal information collected in China is stored in China unless otherwise permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting edwardstianyi@handtecs.com. We will respond within the time required by law.
9. Children
The Website is not directed at collecting information from children. Where our services involve minors (for example, primary and secondary school programs), their personal information is handled under the agreement with the school or organization and with guardian consent where required by law.
